From a spec list to a production run.
We’re a factory with a design team, not a parts trader: BIOS, silkscreen, I/O and mechanical changes are quotable work, not an exception. Start at one sample; scale to batches.

Project Flow
Four stages between your idea and your inventory
Every customization, small or deep, walks the same gate sequence. Nothing ships straight from a whiteboard.
Design
Your spec list is reviewed against the board family: CPU options, BIOS settings, I/O changes, heatsink and mechanical fit. Feasibility comes back with the quote.
Prototype
1–3 units are built and configured to your parameters. You test them in your enclosure and your environment — not ours.
DVT
Design verification: wide-temperature, wide-voltage and duty-cycle runs on the final configuration before the batch is signed off.
Mass Production
Batched builds with burn-in and outgoing QC. Standard work ships in 7–30 days; deeper custom cycles are quoted up front.
Customization Menu
What we change, and how long it takes
The menu is finite on purpose — every row below is work we have done and can quote. Anything off the list gets a feasibility answer, not a promise.
| Customization | What Changes | Notes & Lead Time |
|---|---|---|
| BIOS & Boot | Boot logo, watchdog, COM routing, power-on behavior and defaults | Standard option; locked to your serial range. Included in the 7–30 day window. |
| Silkscreen & Labels | Your part number and logo on the board, box and label | OEM branding; artwork reviewed before production. |
| I/O & Headers | Pinouts, brackets, additional COM/LAN where the board allows | Feasibility per model — some changes are BIOS-side, some need a board revision. |
| Thermal & Mechanical | Affixed heatsinks, stiffeners, mounting holes and fasteners | Co-designed from your enclosure drawing. |
| Packaging & Documents | Retail box, batch labels, document pack, customs paperwork | Specified in the order; ESD-safe and freight-safe by default. |
| Commercial Terms | Sample MOQ 1 pc · standard lead 7–30 days · T/T, L/C on larger orders · FOB Shenzhen | Courier, air or sea; CIF/DDP quoted per destination. Samples for standard models typically 2–5 days. |

A Parametric Project
What a customization actually looks like
A kiosk integrator in North America needed a NUC-class board that booted their own logo, exposed two additional COM ports, and carried a 4G M.2 option for sites without fixed lines. Nothing about the board family was exotic — the work was in the configuration.
We quoted the BIOS changes, routed the extra COM on the standard board, populated the M.2 option, burned the batch and shipped FOB Shenzhen inside the standard window. The integrator’s name stays out of it — theirs and every other customer’s.
Custom boot logo, watchdog defaults and COM mapping — revision-locked.
Extra COM routed, 4G M.2 populated per the approved BOM.
CE/FCC documentation supplied on request for the build.
FOB Shenzhen, courier to the integrator’s warehouse.
