Factory · Shenzhen, China

Six steps. One roof.

SMT, assembly, functional test, burn-in, outgoing QC and packaging — the entire build runs in our Shenzhen facility, so the people who answer your RFQ are the people who make the board.

Manufacturing Flow

How a board moves through the line

Six fixed stages, one per unit, every board serialized. There is no step between reflow and the shipping carton that isn’t accountable.

SMT

Solder paste printing, placement and reflow on automated lines; profiles verified per batch, wide-temperature bins used where the design calls for them.

Assembly

Through-hole parts, heatsinks, connectors and mechanicals fitted at ESD-protected stations, each board tracked by serial label.

Functional Test

Every unit runs the model’s test plan: CPU and memory, displays, COM and LAN ports, USB, power rails and watchdog.

Burn-In

Production batches are aged under load on 24/7 cycles, so early-life failures surface in our plant rather than on your line.

Outgoing QC

Final inspection: appearance, configuration against the order, BIOS settings and packing readiness.

Packaging

Bare boards ship in ESD bags with desiccant; retail boxes, custom labels and batch documents on request.

Process Discipline

What we control, batch by batch

Manufacturing is a set of windows, not habits: reflow curves, humidity, ESD discipline and test coverage are checked against records, per shift and per batch. If a field question comes in about a board shipped six months ago, the answer starts with its serial and its build record.

Sourcing

Components bought to the BOM with long-life industrial grades where the design requires wide temperature or 24/7 duty.

Traceability

Batch and serial records follow each board from the reel to the pallet.

Test Evidence

Every board carries its test record; acceptance criteria are the ones on the spec sheet you quoted against.

Logistics

Bare boards carry no battery restrictions, so courier, air and sea all stay simple.

Line Control Points

What the line checks

Equipment is described generically on purpose — the process is what we vouch for, not a brand name on a machine.

ESD Control

Wrist straps, mats and humidity logging at every handling station.

Reflow Profiles

Temperature curves verified per batch against the paste and board specification.

First Article

The first unit of each build is fully tested before the line continues.

Serial Tracking

Each serial links to its build batch, test results and packing date.

Burn-In

Batch aging on 24/7 cycles to move early-life failures into our plant.

Material Rotation

Date-coded components with oldest-stock-first rotation in the stores.

Clean Boards

Post-solder cleaning and visual checks per board, not per pallet.

Safe Freight

ESD-safe packaging with no battery restrictions — courier, air or sea.
