The wide body for legacy machines
- Legacy keep-alive: LPT parallel, PS/2, SPDIF and 8-bit GPIO sit on both boards — industrial printers, scales and barcode systems connect without protocol converters.
- Mixed serial farm: the TL500Z3AW’s six COM ports split into 1× RS422/RS485, 3× RS485/RS232 and 2× RS232 — one board serves sensors, motors and the HMI at once.
- Out-of-band service: AMT on the management LAN port of both models — power-cycle and inspect equipment that sits in a vehicle or a remote cabinet.
- 24V direct: DC 9–36V with an optional through-wall Phoenix terminal on the TL500Z3AW — vehicle and plant rails with no buck converter in between.
- Field supervision: the AD600Z3AW adds CAN, B-Key with SIM for 4G/5G failover, and mates with the Q-BOX-E10 chassis; the TL500Z3AW carries a watchdog timer with copper heatsink — supervised, self-recovering units for unmanned sites.

Values per the English specification sheets; both boards are configured at order time for CPU, memory and the serial protocol mix. The AD600Z3AW targets 12th/13th Gen performance, while the TL500Z3AW keeps the Tiger Lake legacy branch — pick by generation, not by chassis.

The wide body carries the legacy set — LPT parallel, PS/2, SPDIF, 8-bit GPIO, six COM and dual fan headers — without stacking mezzanine boards, which makes it the retrofit choice for machines with older peripherals. The AD600Z3AW tops it with CAN and a B-Key 4G/5G slot, and pairs with the Q-BOX-E10 chassis.
Yes — the management port on both models is an Intel i219 family controller with AMT: the AD600Z3AW pairs i219-LM with i226-V, the TL500Z3AW pairs i219 with i225-V 2.5G. Out-of-band power control and console redirection work over the management LAN even when the OS is down.
Both models accept DC 9–36V, and the TL500Z3AW’s input can be ordered as a through-wall 5.08mm Phoenix terminal instead of a DC jack — so a 12V or 24V rail connects with a screw terminal and no separate power module.
