2.5-inch industrial SBCs

100 × 72 mm — the credit-card-size end of the lineup. Four models pair Alder Lake-N and Twin Lake with the Phytium E2000Q domestic platform, soldered LPDDR4/5 up to 16 GB, and wide-temperature operation from a single 12–24V rail — built for gateways, IoT nodes and tight OEM cavities.

Why 100×72

The credit-card-size workhorse

  • One-cable installs: the AD742A’s single i226-V 2.5G port with optional PoE powers and links a sensor node over one cable, while the PDM-5110 carries a PoE PSE header for 48V camera and sensor branches.
  • Soldered memory: LPDDR4/5 up to 16 GB is fixed at order time, so nothing loosens on a vibrating gateway box or a machine arm — and there is no socket to stock spares for.
  • Small-panel power: DC 12V on the AD742A and FTEQ20A, DC 12–24V on the PDM-5110 — the same brick that feeds the enclosure’s display and peripherals can run the board.
  • Two platforms, one footprint: Intel Alder Lake-N / Twin Lake for mainstream industrial stacks, plus the Phytium E2000Q on the FTEQ20A for builds that need Kylin and a domestic supply chain.

Questions

2.5-inch SBC, answered

Anything from a DIN-rail box to a wall-mount IoT terminal — the footprint is about the size of a credit card. The AD742A is designed to mate with the Q-BOX-S5 system, and every board keeps its power and I/O on one edge so routing inside a tight cavity stays predictable.

Yes, at order time: the AD742A offers LPDDR5 up to 16 GB, the FTEQ20A ships with 4 GB or 8 GB LPDDR4, and the PDM-5110 carries LPDDR5-4800 up to 16 GB. There is no socket, so specify the capacity for the full service life of the unit.

On two of the four models: the AD742A’s i226-V LAN can be ordered with PoE, and the PDM-5110 exposes a PoE PSE header, so a single cable can feed and link a nearby camera or sensor without an external injector.
