Ordering & payment

Sample MOQ is 1 pc — one board is enough to start. Production MOQ is negotiated per model and configuration; it depends on the parts a given model needs, so we confirm it with the quotation rather than publishing a blanket number.

Pick the model, tell us the quantity bracket and the destination, and we quote price and freight together. Samples are express-shipped from Shenzhen, and stocked standard models typically leave within 2–5 days of confirmation.

Bank transfer (T/T) is our standard method. For larger production orders a Letter of Credit (L/C) can be arranged. Payment terms are written into the quotation so there are no surprises at invoicing time.

Warranty terms are defined in the sales contract for each order and confirmed in the quotation. For long-life industrial programs we can discuss extended coverage on request — mention your project horizon when you ask.

Delivery & logistics

Standard production runs ship in 7–30 days depending on model and volume. Samples of stocked models usually leave within 2–5 days. Custom configurations — BIOS changes, special I/O, custom branding — add project time that we confirm before you order.

Samples and small orders go by express courier. Production batches can go air freight or sea freight depending on weight, value and how fast you need them. Bare boards carry no battery restrictions, which keeps customs clearance simple.

Our standard terms are FOB Shenzhen — the price covers the goods delivered on board at the port, and freight and insurance are quoted separately. CIF or DDP can be arranged: tell us the destination and we’ll quote the options side by side.

Under FOB and CIF terms, import duties and local taxes in the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility. With DDP terms they are included in the price. If you are unsure which regime applies to your country, send the destination and we’ll clarify in the quotation.

Product & technical

Operating range is −20 to +60°C for most models (a few boards are rated −10 to +60°C), with −40 to +85°C storage. Wide-temperature parts bins and thermal headroom are standard design practice rather than an option on a checklist.

Compliance documents — CE, FCC, RoHS and others — are available on request for the specific model you order. We don’t publish one generic certificate set, because the correct set depends on the board and its configuration.

Onboard CPUs (Alder Lake, Core Ultra, AMD Ryzen) run cooler, quieter and at lower power — the right choice for fanless enclosures and vibration environments. Socketed LGA1700 boards such as the ITX660B accept desktop Core parts and are for when raw desktop performance matters more than the power budget.

Yes — boot logo, default settings, watchdog configuration and serial console redirection are the typical starting points. Small changes can ride along with your first production batch; deeper changes go through the process on our OEM & ODM page.

Every model ships with an English datasheet and user manual — the UT1002AW data sheet joins once publishing is finalized — plus drivers for Windows 10/11 and Linux. CAD drawings and further design documentation are provided under a project agreement — request them with your quote so we can plan accordingly.

We design for long product life: industrial-grade part selection, long-life BIOS support and a multi-year supply intent on the models we stock. For certified medical or railway programs we confirm the availability horizon in writing before you commit.

Customization & support

BIOS and boot logo, I/O pinout, protection levels, heatsinks, silkscreen, packaging and full unit builds are the usual starting points. Each change is scoped at the quote stage — we tell you exactly what it involves before you commit. See the options table on our OEM & ODM page.

You reach the factory directly — your contact routes questions to the engineers who know the board, not into a ticket queue. The response target is within 24–48 hours, and you keep the same contact person across samples and production.

Industrial parts selection and wide-temperature qualification, wide-voltage DC input, watchdog and industrial Super-IO, more COM ports and GPIO, a longer supply commitment, and 24/7 duty design. You pay for reliability you can contract for — not for RGB lighting or overclocking headroom.
