Mini-ITX industrial motherboards
170 × 170 mm — the full-width industrial workhorse. Seven models span desktop-class LGA1700 Core, 28W Core Ultra 5/7 and AMD Phoenix Ryzen, with up to 96 GB DDR5 and up to dual 2.5G Intel LAN on one board.

Why The Full 170×170
What the extra 50 mm buys you
- Real expansion: PCIe 4.0 x16 or x4 slots for frame grabbers, capture cards and GPU-adjacent workloads — while still fitting any standard Mini-ITX chassis.
- Network headroom: dual Intel 2.5G and M.2 B-Key 4G/5G with Micro-SIM on the TOP-series boards; VLANed or failed-over in software.
- Serial & legacy: six COM ports with selectable RS232/485, LPT or GPIO, PS/2 — industrial protocols without adapters.
- Display choices: everything from 8K HDMI 2.1 down to 24-bit LVDS for legacy 120Hz panels, selectable per board revision.

Mini-ITX, answered
Expansion, mostly: a real PCIe 4.0 x16 or x4 slot, up to six COM ports with RS232/485 select, dual 2.5G LAN, and wireless combos (WiFi + 4G/5G) without stacking dongles. If your workload touches more than one of those, the cost of a quarter-size adapter shelf usually exceeds a Mini-ITX board.
Yes. Most boards take WiFi/BT in the M.2 E-Key slot; the TOP600B and TOP800B add a B-Key slot with Micro-SIM for 4G/5G. Check the model page's expansion rows for the exact combination.
Yes — several Mini-ITX boards carry 24-bit dual-channel LVDS at up to 1920×1200 and 120Hz refresh (TIM600B, TIM800B, TMIA70B), with eDP or HDMI available on the same board. The LVDS/eDP pairing is selectable per board revision; tell us your panel and we’ll match it.
