Where It Fits
Edge inference and gateway duty
The HK800CA is aimed at boxes that process data near the source and stay connected. Typical deployments:
- Local inference nodes: the Ryzen AI 9 365 brings on-chip AI compute to camera-side and sensor-side enclosures without a separate accelerator.
- Multi-LAN gateways: two Intel i226-V ports give IoT hubs a clean WAN/LAN split with 2.5G headroom on each side.
- Edge computing cabinets: the AT-mode default (jumper-selectable) matches the always-on power conventions of unattended panels and kiosks.
The HK800CA needs no dedicated accelerator to start an inference project, and the AT-mode default removes one power-sequencing problem from the integration list.
